A New Postulant Enters Glencairn

On 14th March 2022, we were delighted to welcome Laura Cullen as a new Postulant in our community. A 29 year old social worker based in Dublin, Laura is originally from County Meath. Laura began her journey of vocation discernment when she participated on our Monastic Experience Weekend in October 2020 and had a number of follow-up visits to our guesthouse before joining the community in the monastic enclosure for a Live-in period as an Observer. As she begins her monastic journey, we pray for her and support her in taking this step and ask you to join us in our prayer that she may be graced and fulfilled in her Cistercian life.
